Prima Rosa Garden

Prima Rosa Garden

An elegant, floral and refreshing cocktail, designed to capture the essence of a garden in bloom on a summer afternoon. Prima Rosa gin brings a unique aromatic character that is balanced by the delicate touch of elderflower and the citrus freshness of lemon. All this, topped off with a pink effervescence, makes for an experience that delights all the senses.

Ingredients:

  • 50 ml of Prima Rosa Gin: With its balanced aromatic profile and botanical notes, this gin is the perfect base to highlight the floral and fresh flavours of the cocktail.
  • 15 ml fresh lemon juice: adds a citrus touch that balances the sweetness of the syrup and brings freshness to the mixture.
  • 15 ml elderflower syrup: a floral ingredient that elevates the cocktail with its delicacy and natural sweetness.
  • Pink Tonic Water: Its effervescence and subtle fruit flavor complement the ingredients, giving the cocktail a vibrant and light finish.
  • Cucumber slice: a fresh, herbal touch that adds an aromatic contrast to the floral profile.
  • Fresh rose petals: to decorate and add a romantic and sophisticated visual element.

Step by Step Preparation:

  1. Prepare the glass:
Choose a tall, elegant glass (such as a Collins or Highball) that lets the layers of color and decoration of the cocktail shine through. Fill it completely with ice, preferably large cubes, to keep the drink cold longer without diluting it too much.

  2. Add the main ingredients:

    • Pour 50 ml of Prima Rosa Gin over ice, allowing it to permeate the glass with its botanical notes.
    • Add 15 ml fresh lemon juice to give a bright and revitalizing citrus touch.
    • Incorpora 15 ml elderflower syrup , mixing gently to distribute its delicate floral notes.
  3. Top with pink tonic water:
Pour the pink tonic water slowly over the ingredients to maintain the effervescence and allow them to mix naturally. This step adds a delicate color and a bubbly finish that enhances the experience.

  4. Decorate with style:

    • Place a thin slice of cucumber inside the glass or on the rim to add a fresh, herbal visual touch.
    • Carefully sprinkle a few fresh rose petals on the surface of the cocktail for a romantic and aromatic visual effect. Make sure the petals are edible and chemical-free.

Mixologist Tips:

  • If you prefer a sweeter taste, adjust the amount of elderflower syrup to your taste.
  • For an extra aromatic touch, lightly rub a rose petal or cucumber slice around the rim of the glass before serving.
  • If you can't find pink tonic water, you can use classic tonic water and add a few drops of grenadine or cranberry juice for a touch of color.
