In the heart of Baja California, in the beautiful city of Ensenada, we invite you to discover the world of Destilería Revés — an artisanal project born in 2018 with the vision of transforming Mexican corn into high-quality spirits. 

What the tour includes

• Guided tour of the distillery: visit our facilities in Ensenada, see the stills, fermentation rooms, and barrel aging area. Discover the complete process: from corn selection to final bottling.
• History and philosophy: we tell you how the idea of using corn as a raw material for spirits was born, and how we apply our regional winemaking knowledge to the world of whiskey, vodka, and gin.  
• Guided tasting: experience a sensory journey through our main expressions — Revés Whisky, Drako Vodka, and Prima Rosa Gin — as you learn to identify their unique aromas, flavors, and nuances.  
• Authentic and local atmosphere: you will feel the spirit of Valle de Guadalupe and Ensenada; local ingredients, artisanal corn, and a project committed to Mexican identity.
