3 Cocktails with Revés Whiskey

Old Fashioned Reves

• Ingredients :
  • 60 ml of Reves Whisky
  • 1 sugar cube
  • 2 drops of Angostura bitters
  • Ice
  • Orange peel
• Preparation : Place the sugar cube in an old-fashioned glass and add the Angostura bitters. Muddle until the sugar dissolves, add the whiskey and fill the glass with ice. Stir and decorate with a strip of orange peel.

Whisky Sour Reves

• Ingredients :
  • 45 ml of Reves Whisky
  • 30 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 15 ml of sugar syrup
  • Ice
  • Lemon or cherry peel for decoration
• Preparation : In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine the whiskey, lemon juice and sugar syrup. Shake well and strain into a glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon peel or a cherry.

Backhand Highball

• Ingredients :
  • 60 ml of Reves Whisky
  • Sparkling mineral water or ginger ale
  • Ice
  • Slice of lemon
• Preparation : In a tall glass with ice, add the whiskey and top up with mineral water or ginger ale. Stir gently and garnish with a slice of lemon.
